In this three day course we will be making willow handbags on a Catalan base. We will be learning so many techniques in these three days—willow growing and materials preparation, hoop making, catalan bases, many different weaving techniques, shaping, borders and leatherwork. Each participant will get to make the strap or handles for their basket from veg-tanned leather. Please note that this course is slightly more dear than others due to cost of leather.
