For Commissioned Baskets: since the nature of this craft creates unique and one-off pieces—each commissioned piece will be different than the basket it is based on. Please note: the greatest variation in my baskets is in my oval shoppers. If the nature of the basket you ordered is variable, I will do my best to make 2-3 baskets for one to choose from. Please note: that this is not always possible.

For my baskets in general: Any repair needed for a basket that is the result of structural imperfections on the part of my weaving will be repaired free of charge. Please note: if a basket is purchased at a discounted rate as a ‘second’, this repair work will not be an option.

Any repair needed for a basket as the result of daily or heavy use, improper storing conditions, woodworm, mishandling, etc will be charged at E20 per/hour and materials fee.

For Courses:  in the event that you cannot make a booked course, deposits are only semi-refundable up to 7 days before the course date with a E20 processing fee. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the course, no refund will be issued. If you cannot make the course, please contact me as soon as possible to allow people on the waiting list to avail of the space.
