For Baskets

All baskets my baskets are made to a very high quality standard and are carefully inspected before posting. All baskets can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery—basket must be returned in the original condition and be undamaged. Customer pays return postage.

All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. We would advise using a reputable courier with tracking, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, minus our original postage costs, will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.

Any repair needed for a basket as the result of daily or heavy use, improper storing conditions, woodworm, mishandling, etc will be charged at €30/hour + materials fee.

For Courses

Please note, I have a strict cancellation policy for courses due to the cost of venue hire, the expensive materials that are prepared 10 days+ before the course date, the small class size, and the days of preparation that go into offering these courses. I understand that life can throw unexpected circumstances beyond our control, and I will always do my best to fill your space in the event of a cancellation.

Bookings are transferable, so in the event that you cannot make a booked course you can always transfer your space onto another.

For cancellations more than 7 days before the course date:

In the event that you cannot make a booked course 7 days before the course date, the course fee is only semi-refundable with a €30 booking and processing fee if your space can be booked. If your place cannot be booked there will be no refund issued.

For cancellations less than 7 days before course date:

If cancellation is made within 7 days of the course, no refund will be issued.

For Willow Cuttings

Willow Cuttings orders are open from October to the middle of January every year.

All orders will be fulfilled and posted out the last week of January and the first week of February.

Orders can only be posted to Irish and EU addresses.

If ‘local pick up’ option is selected for fulfillment, you must pick up your order a week after receiving your fulfillment e-mail.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so until the 10th of January and receive a full refund. No refunds will be given if your order is cancelled after the 10th of January due to the preparations already underway to fulfill your order and the cuttings made.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address and/or delivery method is selected during checkout. There will be no compensation or refunds given for incorrect delivery addresses or fulfillment options entered once order is fulfilled.
