Shop Wild Rose Baskets

Willow Cuttings

For the winter months, I sell willow cuttings—slips of doormat willow that can be used for planting your own basketry willow garden. For more information and to order click here

Hand-Made Excellence

All baskets are woven with heritage varieties of willow grown organically in West Limerick and West Cork; harvested by hand with a traditional hook in the dormancy of winter; and then sorted, bundled, cured, and prepared with loving hands to make the baskets you see here. Each of these baskets are woven to last; and, if taken care of well, may be enjoyed for generations. Click here to learn more about our sally garden and what makes our work unique.

Cauldron Basket

This basket design has evolved over many years of experimentations and the result is something I dearly adore. The ‘zig-zag’ weave is best woven with twos colours as you can see in the photos, although a solid colouring is still an option. The smaller sizes (same as Rounded Wee Shopper) start at E125-150 for larger sizes.

Round Frame Basket
