A curvy laundry basket to brighten the corner of any room and make you look forward to putting on a load of washing!

These baskets are some of my specialty shapes, designed with sweet femininity in mind and made to have a perfectly fitted lid that ‘clicks’ into place. This basket shape is a new design as the neck of the basket is tilted slightly forward and raised at the back to provide a bit more of a modern shape (see phone 6). Both the base and lid have my signature cross design on them made from skeined willow.

These baskets are an inspiration from my teacher Alison Fitzgerald who had such a fine way of making this style of basket.

Woven with all my own homegrown willow: Chermesima, Packing Twine, Welsh White, Slender Tip and Purple Daphnoidess
